It was complicated to set up because my tutor didn't give me much feedback, I was autonomous on this project even though it was my first internship, but I'm proud of what I was able to achieve in the end.

I had to schematize the way expense claims worked with the company's new software (CONCUR) so that employees knew who to contact when they had a problem.

I also had to make numerous tutorials on the software to help them understand how it worked.

So I had to work with several people in the company to better understand how it worked.

What made me satisfied was the feedback I got from the employees, because my tutor never gave me any "real" advice, whereas at a conference with 10 people in charge of the new software, they were "impressed" by what I'd achieved, and I was very proud at the time!

The skills I had to use were creativity, to make the diagram attractive, and curiosity, because I had to learn a lot about the company and the new software.
