I support President Lincoln because I think that slavery should be abolished, especially in the North, and I think he is the only one willing to do that!
2. I hate slavery. I have seen how it tears families apart and dehumanizes people who are just like us except for the color of their skin. It doesn't belong in a country that is the land of the free and the home of the brave. 
3. As far as Kansas and Nebraska are concerned... I can only hope that the people choose the path of non-violence and abolition. I'm not sure what else there is to do but wait. And I admire the actions taken at Harper's Ferry!
