In order to obtain one of them, you must have either a criminal justice degree, or a 3 year apprenticeship with a private investigator. In addition, breaking the law can cost you a year in jail. This needs to be deregulated, because its just extra time and money spent on something computer repair technicians will never have a use for outside of work, and will never realistically need. We are deforesting ecosystems at alarming rates, and our practices for harvesting natural resources are decidedly non-renewable, and at such a rate to which the Earth cannot replenish the resources in time.
