1. We will provide appropriate models for the students learning. When it comes to modeling its a extremely powerful teaching tool, when a student is able to see a new skill in action, or are able to observe how an another individual takes on a new task, its able to help children learn the skill more accurately and effectively.
2. Work to enforce or reinforce skills valued by the child's family. We will have a open line of communication with the caregivers, parents and other family members to find out what skills they value and would like you to encourage in the classroom.
3. Encourage active Learning. We will make sure that we have daily hands-on activities since they are the best way to get all the types of students to engage into the learning experience. When it's possible we will assign the students in small groups assignments and this will help promote collaborative learning along with activity.

Our teachers and staff will work to develop all these aspects of our students every day. Music, Art, Physical Education, Foreign Languages, and Technology will all be included within our curriculum. These are all aspects of a child's learning that are integral to our education experience, and will be a vital part of the school’s culture. Students’ work will be often displayed around our school, within hallways and even on the ceiling. There will also be flexible grouping in place to allow each child to blossom on their own level with their own individual talents.
