As I get older my faith gets deeper with the help of my school and people around me, my faith became deeper and my belief to God became stronger.

Trunk - I witnessed lots of things/miracles and blessings that made my faith grow and stronger.

Branches - Yes, I spread my strong belief to other people, classmates, family and through social media which made them to be inspired to continue believing in God despite the hardships we have been experiencing.

Fruits - I consider as 'fruits' of my faith are my own self who choose to believe, to trust God without any hesitations and with the blessings around me that I am very much grateful for until now.

Leaves - Yes, because I believe that every circumstances your faith must be there and your belief and trust to God grows.
