And Schindlers list, a film collectively loved by film critics all over the world. Where Jurrasic park was successful, Schindlers list was meaningful. It was shot in black and white, and follows the story of a factory owner, who has many Jewish workers, captured by Nazis. The Nazis try to exterminate the Jews, but Schindler arranges for their protection, to keep his factory going, and in doing so saves many innocent lives. Steven made this because that he himself had experienced discrimination, and wanted to teach the world the hardships they experienced and the problems that have been cultivated. The film won 7 Oscars, and 11 other major awards. including best Director for Steven.
