When I get stuck on work, I try to complete it until I feel like its not work trying anymore and I got straight for my phone which is a bad idea because I know I have more assignments that need to be completed. This wastes time because social media is not teaching e anything but gossip, something I don't really need in the real world. Getting sidetracked wastes a lot of time because you'll never know when you're going to get back on track. This is my favorite quote because I relate to it so much when procrastinating. When motivating yourself to do work you'll want to do it more because it makes you feel complete knowing that all your work is finished and turned in on time. This affects leadership because if your members see you self-motivating yourself, then they'll listen to you when you're trying to motivate them to get their work done. Practicing this strategy will make you feel more complete and help you do your work better because you're actually motivated to do your work. This affects leadership because when you're working in a group you'll have to set deadlines for your members each day for the assignment which will help because you'll have to have the assignment efficiently done before the due date and/or on the due date. Practicing this strategy will help you have all assignments turned in on time and have you being more professional.
