After Spanish two, I am now able to discuss familiar topics such as family, my house, food, and school in more detail than I was previously able to do.

I have noticed that Spanish is not nearly as complicated as English because Spanish has rules that it sticks to. In English we have rules like, "I before E, except after C" that aren't always followed and there are so many different exceptions to the rules put in place. The only fairly complicated part about Spanish is the stem changing verbs in the different tenses.

I really enjoyed learning about Spanish culture during this course. This was more intriguing to me than the actual language. I love learning about other cultures and the differences between countries. I enjoyed learning about different types of housing the most. The beautiful Spanish tiles used in houses was my favorite part of the housing in Spain. As much as I enjoyed learning about the differences, I also enjoyed learning about the similarities between America and Spain because it makes me realize that we are not the only country who does things a certain way!

I do not plan on continuing my journey in Spanish because I have not enjoyed learning the language, to me it has seemed more like a chore rather than an interesting topic. If I were to continue Spanish I don't know of anything in particular that I would be interesting to learn about. If i were to continue it would be great to become fluent or close to fluent so that when I become a doctor I can speak to my Spanish speaking patients.

I have not enjoyed learning Spanish online, I personally enjoy more face-to-face because I have repeatedly heard the Spanish words and was not forced to memorize because I naturally learned the words in the classroom setting.

I liked the course for the most part because I could work at my own pace and I could do the course in the comfort of my own home. However, I did not enjoy the repetitive assignments every unit because I felt like a robot completing the same thing every unit.

The part of the class that helped me to learn the most was the live classes because it felt like I was in a classroom learning and I like hearing things spoken to me when I learn, especially a foreign language.
