What were your key takeaways from the subject?
One of the key takeaways from this subject is that personal growth is a continuous journey, and it starts with being honest about yourself. I also learned that setting clear goals and practicing self-discipline can help me achieve my dreams. Lastly, the subject taught me that understanding my emotions and mindset can improve how I handle stress, relationships, and future challenges.

What two topics were your favorites and why?
My two favorite topics were Self-Awareness and Goal Setting. I liked Self-Awareness because it encouraged me to reflect on my strengths and weaknesses and accept myself as I am. Goal Setting was inspiring because it taught me how to plan for the future, stay motivated, and take small steps toward achieving my dreams. Both topics made me feel more confident about my personal and academic growth.
