         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the biggest issues in the secondary education in Malaysia currently is the participation of students in the science stream<br><br>Yes not all the actors such as students are allign with the same in specific policy.<br><br>Similarity is on policy&nbsp; teaching of Mathematics and Science in English, decision are made without consult or study the 'allocation' (man power) that &nbsp;the ministry have.<br><br></div>]]></description>

This can create an imbalance in the development of the individual child.&nbsp;<br><br>YES, different actors have interests in a number of policy areas that they are interested in. For example, Malaysia seems to divert and reorient education policy to focus more on human capital development so its goal to produce 1.3 million TVET workers by year 2020 is a reality!&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preschool - quality of preschool teachers, qualified in ECCE&nbsp;<br>Malaysia target to have 100% preschool teachers with at least a diploma in ECCE by 2020 but there seems to be no specific programs carried out to achieve this target.<br><br>Yes, interest is based on which policy actors are involve and their objectives. TVET is highly on the radar nowadays because the government see it as most critical to the future economy. Historically the government was focusing on language as key for national integration. </div>]]></description>

The true spirit of educating the next generation need to be revived. The ministry is focused on output rather than outcome.          <description><![CDATA[<div>in terms of conducting the subjects where previously they were contemplating in teaching science and mathematics in English or Bahasa.<br><br>Yes, as not all students are well versed with learning English in Science and Mathematics at an early age unless they have been exposed during their kindergarten times or nursery.<br><br>The same as what has been mentioned above in having Mathematics and Science being taught in English.</div>]]></description>
