She underestimates how much she is needed. In the three years I have known her, even though she's one person, I feel like I am being cheered on by a crowd the size of Madison Square Garden. She helps you remember your why even when you're struggling to find it yourself. This work is hard. But, strangely enough, God has given her an unmatched talent to make the work easier and worth it. Thank you so much for all that you pour into us. I pray that we consistently pour back into you because you can't pour from an empty cup. 

Also .. it's hard out here in these educator streets. It's just sometimes hard taking corrections because that means I'm doing something wrong. That's a hard pill to swallow especially when I think I'm doing right or doing a great job. So just know it is not a reflection of you (you a truly breathtaking amazing at what you do) it's just me adjusting to the uncomfortableness. Like you said it is your job to make me uncomfortable so that I can become better. So thank you for making me better no matter how my attitude is. You said you won't ever give up on us and you mean that, because I know there have been times that you probably wanted to say I'm done. But you didn't, you just keep coming back with your beautiful spirit and smile just to make me better.
