My strengths of character are that I am very good at taking criticismm, when it comes to auditioning for drama schools and shows in this industry, I understand that the majority of answers will be a no and this can be difficult to deal with but I feel prepared to go through this and not take it personally every time. I am a motivated person so I feel like I have the resilience and patience that it takes to get to where I want to be.

Weaknesses

 I think my main weakness regarding my progression from college is the pressure I put on myself, I spend a lot of time either trying to balance all of my work and doing as much as possible or not being able to stop thinking about what I have left to do. Going on from college I need to have a better balance between my schoolwork and taking time for myself both physically and mentally.

Opportunities

My current opportunities mainly consist of the shows that we perform at college as I am not able to be a part of a theatre or dance separately due to other circumstances. Other opportunities of mine include uni open days and workshops through college; these give me the chance to meet the teachers and students of different schools and participate in classes with them. Also, being able to travel to see theatre shows has been more accessible to me recently so I do this at every given chance as I feel like seeing a staged production is so inspiring to me.

Threats

My main threats at the moment are time, money and medical reasons. I don’t have the time or the money to join a dance or theatre school which makes me sometimes feel like I am falling behind others who do have that opportunity. The other big threat to me is medical, I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis with a surgery however there is no cure for this condition so I still deal with constant pain and will have more surgeries in the future, this concerns me about my future as a performer as the pain often affects me.
