Going for a walk or a hike with a group of friends gives you ample time to talk and grow closer. This could be true for a group of friends, or even your family!          <description><![CDATA[<p>Depending on where you choose to walk, it might be important to know about a few safety concerns. The biggest concern overall is crossing paths with someone shady or someone with a malintent. In order to avoid this, make sure to walk in places where you feel safe, with a family member or friend, and make sure someone is aware of your location at all times. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Walking is a task/habit you should be participating in <em>daily</em>, even if it is just a light or brisk walk around the block, even that small amount of movement can bring the mental, health, and social benefits. If you truly love walking, it may be fun to discover new walking trails, neighborhood routes, and even increase the intensity of your walks to see more health benefits. If you start going for regular walks at a young age, it may lead to better health in old age. </p>]]></description>
