I first took the GCC curriculum as an AFS volunteer in 2016, and it quickly became my go-to toolbox that guided me as a professional and as a human being. I had the privilege of being part of the Global Up team during the post-pandemic era, which reassured me how essential it is to grow and develop your emotional intelligence and your sense of social justice in a world that needs love, compassion and cultural understanding more than ever.
