         <title>Obesity is a significant health issue around the world. First, obesity causes a multitude of health issues. For example, for those who are obese, it can be difficult for them to find a place where they can shop for clothes that fit their figure with no alterations; this might prevent them from feeling accepted within society, which makes them depressed. Second, it is vital to be healthy to live a long life. However, obese people die young because of their health issues and many other problems related to health. Also, obesity prevents obese people from mobility, which causes them to lose confidence in themselves and makes them look weak and incapable of doing things that are tasking for those who do not have weight problems. In addition, there are a lot of diseases we didn&#39;t talk about, such as heart disease, diabetes, and some types of cancer. Without treatment, these diseases kill them. But nowadays, there are a lot of treatments that can help them. For example, doing sports that make the body healthy, Eat healthy food, get enough sleep, and stick to a diet. In conclusion, obesity is a serious problem and causes many health problems in people&#39;s lives.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Obesity has many risks and disadvantages for people that are obese. First of all, obese individuals can suffer from diseases like high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. They also have a higher risk of contracting a stroke, which can shorten their life expectancy. Not only that, but obesity also causes complications in pregnancy such as gestational diabetes and high blood pressure in the mother, as well as complications for babies when they are born. The increased size of an obese person puts strain on the heart, joints, lungs, and other organs, leading to increased fatigue and digestive complaints. Obesity also makes it harder to breathe, which causes fatigue and even more complaints if the person tries to lose weight. I also believe obesity affects an individual's ability to think properly, causing their brain function to diminish. Furthermore, losing weight can cause a person to become dissatisfied with their body, making it difficult for them to move on with their lives. In conclusion, obesity has many disadvantages that should be taken into account when deciding if it is a healthy way to live or not.<br><br></div>]]></description>

It is a chronic condition that is caused by the accumulation of fats in the body. It is one of the biggest problems facing modern societies. The causes of this problem are many, such as lack of physical activity, as active people burn more calories than sedentary people. There is also hereditary obesity, that is, If one or both parents are obese, the person will be more susceptible and heredity affects the hormones involved in hormone regulation. There are many diseases that lead to obesity, such as hypothyroidism, Insulin resistance, high blood pressure and Cushing's syndrome.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Obese people need to play games regularly which help to manage the weight.&nbsp; It is good to avoid fatty food that tempt easily. Dietary changes can provide the excellent results to an obese person. Some food make people gain weight.&nbsp; Eating high fiber food makes us feel tummy full. Whole grain food and fiber reduces metabolic syndrome and diabetes. Physical activities burn the calories; an inactive movement that increases weight while involving in physical activities increases movement that will reduce weight. Doctors sometimes prescribe weight loss medication when dietary changes did not work, weight loss surgery also provides a solution, but it needs more cost. Hormonal treatment works for the people who have hormonal diabetes, and it is a nonsurgical option. It is an effective therapy. Following a healthy eating plan and regular physical activity change your habits that increase your activity can lead to weight loss. Calories are often trying to reduce the obesity and weight loss. Starting with a regular healthy diet plan and regular physical activity help to stay healthy. Regular effort with patience improves health for long term. Weight loss management program with trained specialist help involve in physical activities and change the habit and help weight loss.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>We conclude that having healthy food and doing regular exercise will help to avoid obesity. Healthy food should be low calorie and high fibre food. Exercise includes walking, jogging, swimming, playing etc. For obese people there is always a problem of getting some medical problems. So it is always good to maintain BMI for every individual.</div>]]></description>
