I am is Jorge Andrés Clavijo, and I’d like to share some significant events from my life. In 1990, when I was just 5 years old, I was hit by a car. The pain was intense, and I came close to losing my life. Fortunately, after several surgeries, the doctors managed to save me. Those were challenging days filled with both physical and mental anguish.

After living in Armenia for several years, I decided to move to Bogotá with my mother. I had a lot of joy about changing my life, but my grandmother was very sad.

MY FIRST DAY AT WORK 2005

In Bogotá, I studied and achieved my dream of becoming a teacher at a small school. I was very happy there. I vividly remember my first day of work—I was exited and joyful to do what I love most in life: teaching.

MY WEDDING 2005

In this year, I decided to get married to the woman who is still my wife. It was a small event, and we were very happy. My family accompanied us, both at the church and during the reception. I was over joyed to see my life falling into place just as I had always dreamed.

TATI WAS BORN 2006

The happiest day of my life was the birth of my daughter Tatiana. Her arrival filled me with joy and brought happiness to our entire family. It also gave me the strength to face the challeging financial times we were experiencing during that period, which had us deeply concerned.

FAMILY TRAVEL 2006

We traveled to Villavicencio as a family for a weekend. It was very beautiful since it was the baby’s first trip, and we all wanted to take care of her. That made it the best trip of my life.

MARIA WAS BORN 2009

STRONG ACCIDENT 2012

I went to work with my daughter on a bicycle. Unfortunately we lost control and fell, seriously injuring ourselves. I suffered a fracture that caused me immense pain, but my heart ached even more for my daughter.

I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR 2015

obtained my first car with the support of my wife. After going through many procedures, we took out a loan and purchased our first car, a Twingo, which accompanied us for 5 years. The feeling of gratitude toward my wife and the excitement of owning our own vehicle were overwhelming during that time.

RETURN TO ARMENIA 2018
