It can be concluded that the international tourism is very profitable. With international toursim, visitors, the community and even the government can get and feel extraordinary advantages like the economy increases, experience increases, even knowledge expands. However, in visiting anywhere including foreign countries, a tourist must have tolerance for the culture of the area visited. Each region and even country has different rules and cultures. Therefore, finding out about the culture of the place to be visited is very important in order to avoid making worst mistakes.

 

 

The huge industry in the world are always the imperfect side that bring negativity to the society. It is also happened to the international tourism. From the environmental perspective, international tourism may decrease the environment condition for some reason. International tourism industry needs the huge of number of building that could destroy the habitats of many animals and natural plants. Based on the massive building development, it causes the pollution everywhere. International tourism industry also may affect the cultural things of a nation negatively. Tourism forces people to work and give the service which sometimes always related to the needs of visitors. So, this may trigger the loss of cultural values. 

 

On the other side, people believed that travelling abroad would bring the benefits for both of visitors and destination. From the perspective of economic, international tourism have a lot of benefits because it creates many job opportunities for the locals such as become tour guides or open the business related to the tourism things. From the perspective of the visitors, international tourism is a very good chance for them to get anything they want. The visitors may get a very good experience, learn the traditional cultural things of the destination places, and spend their time to do the interesting activity in those country. Because of the visitors’ taxes, the government also would have the enough budgets for maintain the environment and facilities.

 

In conclusion, despite the negative impacts of international tourism, I personally believe that this industry would give more advantages for the locals. It will boost the economic of a country and provide opportunities for job for locals. As for the negative impacts, the government should have a very clear regulation so the locals also visitors can obey the protocols well. 

Opinions of people differ regarding this matter. Some will say that the benefits are more numerous, and some will say that the disadvantages are the most. But in my opinion, what I get the most is the benefits. During my stay in Indonesia, the benefits of International Tourism have never outweighed the disadvantages. There are many benefits to be gained from International Tourism. Culture, special foods, places, souvenirs, are beneficial things to introduce to foreigners. The more people visit, the more famous these things will be. Local people can also benefit if they open a business in tourist spots, such as restaurants, souvenir shops, inns or hotels, shuttle services, and much more that they can get from the international tourist sector. In this case, the maintenance and development of tourist spots is also important so that the image of a place is maintained. If a tourist spoils a place, then there is a possibility that the tourist will recommend other tourists not to visit the place so they don't feel sorry and disappointed later. That is the importance of maintaining and developing international tourist spots.

The disadvantages themselves are many, but not as much as the benefits. Such as garbage scattered everywhere, unavoidable cultural exchange, pollution, and many more. Garbage scattered everywhere is a common problem, not just a problem for foreign tourists, if anyone sees trash they should immediately throw it in its place, don't pretend you don't see it. The provision of trash cans also needs to be increased to help overcome this problem, especially trash cans that have 3 types of containers. For unavoidable cultural exchanges it is dangerous, especially if the acquired culture is not filtered beforehand. Ideology and culture will enter freely if local people do not filter the culture they get from foreign tourists, not only that, it could be that the style of dress or fashion will change if it is not filtered properly so that the original cultures slowly disappear with time. As for the pollution itself, it is not only the field of international tourism that makes so much of it, but the local community and the government can also be blamed, because it is local people who pollute the most, and it is also the government's fault that they do not provide fast travel facilities so that local people can travel anywhere without a private vehicle.

In essence, the advantages of national tourism never outweigh the disadvantages. Because sometimes we can't blame only foreign tourists, but local people too. We can't avoid facts just because someone is of the same race as us. Facing and accepting facts is one way to introspect ourselves as a cultured nation.

The world of tourism is not only about one country, but also about international tourism. Advances in technology have made everything possible for humans in different parts of the country. The mobilization that continues to grow rapidly also makes international tourism significantly increase. The sheer number of affairs that each person has also affected the international tourism sector. International tourism in a broad sense, namely tourism activities that develop in the territory of a country in addition to "domestic tourism" activities, "foreign tourism" is also developed which includes "inbound tourism" and "outgoing tourism". So, in addition to the traffic of study tours within the country itself, there is also tourist traffic from abroad, as well as from within the country to abroad. International tourism can also be called global tourism. Global tourism has a meaning where the activities carried out to require the person to go outside the country.

In my opinion, more benefits will be obtained from international tourism. Especially for developing countries will have many advantages. The first advantage that the government will get is that it will be easier to develop community businesses for large-scale tourism, so the possibility of private ownership tends to be less. Tourism will be developed more by the surrounding community. The second advantage relates to the explanation of the first advantage where jobs for the people of the country will be. The International tourism industry covers many different areas of travel, which allows a large proportion of a country's population to be employed. These workplaces include hotels, car rental agencies, restaurants, tour companies, gift shops, and hardware stores. Back again the entire economic turnaround in international tourism, adds to the country's income. From international tourism, we get profits that can later be reinvested into the country for better infrastructure, education, funding conservation efforts, and creating more responsible regulations.

However, it is possible that international tourism also has weaknesses. The first is that the local culture of the country will unknowingly be eroded with the ever-evolving mobilization, we often hear news about the recognition of a country's culture that will be claimed by other countries is also a weakness of international tourism. The gap between regions is also a second weakness when international tourism is not managed properly by the government of a country. For example, the Bali area which is already very well known around the world makes tourists only know about Bali and do not know the country of Indonesia.

From the advantages and disadvantages of international tourism we can conclude that without tourism, many countries will not have the same level of access to education and infrastructure. However, the existence of international tourism also makes us sometimes falter and are carried away by the bad effects of globalization. the most important point is how a country can manage the tourism they have to make the country achieve many achievements and prosper its people.

As the research, many benefits for someone who like to go for travelling, such as the foreigners or international tourists can learn more about the differences about cultures and unique custom because they cannot find it in their country. For the example, in Indonesia most of people like to eat with their own hands and this habit very rarely to find in the western, moreover Indonesian think that eating with hands is very satisfy than eating with a spoon and fork. Indirectly the arrival of tourists from abroad can increase the opinion of local residents by opening souvenir shops, restaurants which selling a traditional food etc in addition one of thing that can attract someone to go to that place is having a good views and clean it can also increasing awareness of the environment or nature around them.

In other side, western culture tends to be more freelance and very modern, this case makes the native people in that place feel curious and follow their lifestyle because of those factors and can eliminate the characteristics of their own culture.

All in all, the international visitors will give advantages for some places such as they can learn about the cultures or custom in that place and increasing the income in that country but we don’t forget to keep our preserve culture so that it becomes a separate identity

The first thing is that international tourism has helped the economy of the region that is the center of tourist visits. The benefits obtained by local governments can be used to improve infrastructure, education, and the tourist attractions of the region itself. The fact that tourists need transportation, a translator, a hotel, and a guide. In some cases, even residents make or renew natural attractions to make them more interesting. In addition, international tourism can be a place to promote beautiful areas owned by Indonesia to other countries. All in all, international travel has many advantages.

But besides that, we also have to consider the disadvantages that can be caused by international tourism. When the country is visited by many international tourists, the amount of pollution will increase. Also, it can get a big load of trash per day because of the tourist use. It's worse if you have tourists who throw garbage carelessly. The environmental damage will happen. And sometimes the natural attractions can be damaged because of tourists who don’t take responsibility for preserving them.

We know the possibilities of the advantages and disadvantages that can happen in the way international tourism runs. I think the disadvantages do not outweigh the advantages. because many parts of local society are affected by its benefits. Not only for its government, but also for its residents. Maybe for the tourists' disadvantages, there should be strict regulations for the tourists to also have a responsibility to not ruin the natural attractions. The government also has to take action to provide a trash can so that the tourists can also recognize they must throw the trash only in the trash can. The downside can be minimized by the control of the government and the parties of the tourists.

To summarize, the international system can have both advantages and disadvantages. But the shortcomings will not outweigh the advantages if there is more consideration to be minimalized and awareness of the tourist to keep the country clean, comfortable, and have respect as a tourist in such a country. The participation and control of the government and tourists play an important role in keeping international tourism safe and beneficial.

Apparently, the culture of the different countries has scattered in distinction ways, the one instance is international tourism with tourists that they wonder about the culture of the countries they visit, and tourists can learn what tourists already know and they tell them to their families in their countries added tourists can buy some souvenirs that related in the culture itself.

I have no doubt that the citizens can be proud of the culture in their country to historical relics. It is generally accepted that the heritage culture is so crucial for many countries with the international tourism that the cultural heritage can be protected and the cultural heritages themselves are ancient buildings, dramas, kinds of music, clothes, and many things. 

However, the international tourism has some disadvantages which are the tourists bring their habits to the countries that have a differ habits and beliefs, and the tourists cannot be respectful the ancient places that have many rules to be obeyed, the hidden gem place which is have not touched by other people and still clean are damaged by many people including the citizens from its country also the tourists.

I strongly believe that many tourists have been deported with the tourists’ mistake that they do not follow the rules of the country they visit, for instance, the woman tourist who came to the ancient place is considered as the holy place, yet the woman tourist took a picture with the whole naked body that exhibits she did not respect the place that is respected by other people in that place. That is one of the examples of why some tourists get deported from the country.

To sum up, International tourism has brought substantial advantages to the country, the international tourism can increase the economy of the country and also can advance and spread some cultures is had in the country still international tourism has some disadvantages that must be handled so that cannot rise a problem for international tourism as before the tourists arrive in the place, the tour guide or the security of that place must give some information to the tourists that what is forbidden and what cannot be done by them.

International tourism gives benefits to everyone including tourists, locals, sellers, and even the government. It allows the government to increase the economy, promote culture, and show the beauty of the country in the eyes of the world. Not only that, it brings positivity to the locals as they get the opportunity to expand their social circle and take new knowledge gained from foreigners that can improve their quality of life. Sellers also benefit profitably because the prices for international tourists are usually higher than for locals. On the other hand, visitors feel the great experience of their dream place. However, there will always be strengths and weaknesses in everything.

The drawbacks also take place for this phenomenal international tourism. First of all, many special natural places with their beauty and authenticity, are now disturbed and changed because many people set foot there. Now, the natural authenticity of the ‘hidden gems’ is no longer maintained. Second, the incoming foreign culture sometimes disturbs the understanding and teachings applied in the host country, so it becomes a deviation from norms and morals. for example, the normalization of LGBT in Indonesia, meanwhile we know that it is illegal in our country.

In conclusion, nobody can state whether the disadvantages of international tourism outweigh the advantages or not because in my point of view, a person cannot see it individually. When we take international tourism as a drawback, we see others get the benefit. In opposite, when we receive benefits from it, other parties feel disadvantaged sometimes. It depends on which side we see it through, either positive or negative way.

The tourist industry contributes significantly to the economy, both in terms of foreign exchange profits and employment generation and business prospects. Tourism is an industry sector with bright prospects due to its tremendous development potential. Tourism is also one of the industries.

However, based on the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects, the disadvantages of international tourism do not outweigh the advantages. Because the benefits of self-generated international tourism are greater than the losses obtained. Based on the problems caused by International tourism, the country can still overcome them by providing some of the necessities and facilities needed to improve the welfare of local communities.

International tourism is the act of traveling to another country other than where you live for no more than one year for purposes of leisure or business.

But it is undeniable, that the existence of international tourism in various countries raises various advantages, 

Behind the increase in international tourism, of course, there is certainly a lot of anxiety in the local community, one of which is the disruption of areas with crowds of tourists.

This has an impact on both the local people and the environment since, in order to make the area more appealing to tourists, the ecosystem is altered, resulting in the destruction of nature. Furthermore, it disrupts the habitat of indigenous animals. Because so many people rely on tourism, there are periods when visitors do not visit and locals are forced to hunt for work. Many outside tourists settle in Indonesia, with it the existence of an outside culture that enters and triggers local residents to follow a new culture that is not suitable for the local community, besides that there are many illegal goods entered by tourists. 

 

 

 Local inhabitants for example are not worried about eventual noise, in fact, there are a lot of way to take stable the situation. For example, the beaches are monitored by competent workers. So it is a bit difficult remove the tourism for these people which do not handle circulations of tourists.  

On the other hand, the impact of pollution it is a huge problem, but not as regards the impact of flights, also because there are a lot of motivations to take the plain and not necessarily for trip but for the behavior of some tourists. Indeed, usually the do not respect the cleaning, for example they should not throw away waste around the beach, mountain or city centers.

In conclusion, In my opinion the advantages of tourism as regards the earn that a place could have overweight the disadvantages, but Governments should make restriction to some activities. For example, instead to use 80 boats to do some excursions could be used 20 per days. reducing the entrance of money but respecting the impact of environment. Governments should do pay for bad behavior using more workers to control giving more workplace.
