         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was part of a wonderbra campaign. It is highly tongue in cheek and I appreciate it a lot. The strategy is to engage the end user of the product in such a way that makes them think that the product has a sense of fun about it. I think the strategy is effective because it associates the wonderbra with being fun, flirty and appealing without having to result to using the woman's body (at least directly) as the only way to feel good about using the product, especially for this category</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The strategic aspect of this ad is mixing sex and humour within a category that is usually approached with different selling techniques. It associates the car experience with arousal, and was used in conjunction and specifically targeted towards&nbsp; a sexually charged event, the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.&nbsp;<br><br>I think it is successful in creating a new link between a brand, Volvo, known for safety and not looks, with a new sensation of sensuality and also fun. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This ad combines an emotional, sarcastic and fear based approach. <br>The strategy used is to point to the hypocrisy of government policy in the United States around gun-control to elicit a response of outrage and action. <br><br>I think it is effective to drive people to question the things that they hold as truth, or expectation. The action that is required out of this advertisement is an involved one which is why the safety of a child, every parents main concern is an excellent motivator.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Perspective can be a great thing. Paired with guilt, it can be even more so. The strategy in this ad is to make the viewer question their priorities and, please excuse me, check their privilege. <br>The sarcastic edge of styling the image like a fashion editorial is a brilliantly savage touch above the usual emotional guilt appeals of charitable campaigns. <br><br>I think it is effective because of the challenges to values it makes the viewer undertake, and the use of bald (no reference to the model intended) facts to make a point. </div>]]></description>
