2. One person from the team stands at first base with a bat (called the batter). The bowler has to throw the ball (underarm) towards the batter. 

3. The batter can have three goes at hitting the ball. Once they hit the ball, they run to first base and further if the ball has not been caught.

4. A runner is "out" if:

- The ball they hit is caught in the hands by a member of the other team before the ball hits the ground. 
- While they're running, they are touched by a member of the other team who is holding the ball in their hand.
- Before they reach a base someone catches the ball and touches the post.

5. A second batter starts at first base and, once they have hit the ball, the batting team run to the next base or as far as they can.

6. The objective of the game is to get as many of the batting team home (back to first base) before three people are caught and put out. Then the teams swap roles and try to do the same.

6:38 -  Split girls into 4 groups (groups of 6 or 7 depending on numbers) each group do an ABC session [ choice of 2 ABC or 4 ABC sessions going on simultaneously here!!]

6:55 -  Switch so that 2 groups do camogie & 2 groups do football

7:05 -  Swap 2 camogie groups with each other & 2 football groups with each other

7:15 -  2 groups play each other in a game - ( ask kids what did they learn in the activity and emphasize on bringing this into the game, coaches need to re-emphasize the skill )

7:25 -  camogie switch to football and football switch to camogie.

7:35 -  Swap 2 camogie groups with each other & swap the 2 football groups with each other

7:45 -  2 groups play each other in a game ( ask kids what did they learn in the activity and emphasize on bringing this into the game, coaches need to re-emphasize the skill )

7:55 -   Full group warm down 

8:00 -   Finish.
