CASO CLINICO ACORN : Una niña nace a las 37 semanas de EG de una madre con diabetes insulinodependiente de aparición juvenil. La glucosa en sangre materna ha sido difícil de controlar durante el embarazo. Este es su primer bebé. No hubo necesidad de reanimación al nacer. La bebé pesa 4000 g, es GEG y pletórica y se ve bien. La colocan piel con piel, se prende y succiona el pecho.
