      <description>Do you know that carbon compounds make up approximately 18% of all the matter and living things? It provides most of energy used by human to survive. 

Carbon is the backbone of life on Earth. We are made of carbon, we eat carbon, and our civilizations — our economies, our homes, our means of transport —are built on carbon. We need carbon, but that need is also entwined with one of the most serious problems facing us today: global climate change. 

Carbon flows between each reservoir in an exchange called the carbon cycle, which has slow and fast components. Any change in the cycle that shifts carbon out of one reservoir puts more carbon in the other reservoirs. Changes that put carbon gases into the atmosphere result in warmer temperatures on Earth.

Process of Carbon Cycle
* Photosynthesis •	Plants, algae, and cyanobacteria absorb carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the atmosphere and use sunlight to produce oxygen and organic compounds (glucose).
* Respiration •	Organisms like plants, animals, and microbes release CO₂ back into the atmosphere by breaking down food to generate energy.
* Decomposition •	When plants and animals die, decomposers (bacteria and fungi) break down their organic matter, releasing carbon back into the soil and atmosphere.
* Combustion (Burning of Fossil Fuels and Biomass) •	The burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil, and natural gas) and wood releases stored carbon into the atmosphere as CO₂.
* Oceanic Carbon Cycle •	Oceans absorb and store large amounts of CO₂ from the atmosphere. Marine organisms also use dissolved carbon to build shells and skeletons. When they die, these sink to the ocean floor, forming sedimentary rocks.

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I understand that the carbon cycle is the process of how carbon moves between the atmosphere, living things, oceans, and the earth. Plants take in carbon dioxide during photosynthesis to make food, and when living things breathe, decompose, or burn fuels, they release carbon back into the air. The oceans also absorb a lot of carbon. When the balance is disrupted, like when too much carbon is released from burning fossil fuels, it leads to global warming.</p><p><br></p><p>To reduce the impact of carbon loss, I can use less electricity, switch to renewable energy sources, plant more trees, and reduce waste by recycling and composting. Using public transport, walking, or biking instead of driving alone also helps lower carbon emissions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The carbon cycle is a natural process by which carbon moves through the Earth’s atmosphere, land, oceans, and living organisms. There are three main ways carbon is returned to the environment: respiration, combustion, and decomposition. On the other hand, photosynthesis and the oceanic carbon cycle help capture and store carbon in different forms: Photosynthesis and Oceanic Carbon Cycle.</p><p><br></p><p>We can reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere by using energy efficiently. We can turn off electronics or appliances when they are not in use. Since energy is often produced by burning fossil fuels, reducing energy waste helps lower CO₂ emissions. Vehicles are also major contributors to carbon emissions. To help the environment, commuting or using public transportation instead of private vehicles can reduce traffic and lower carbon emissions, ultimately helping to slow down climate change.</p>]]></description>
