Transparency around your limitations so students are aware - pausing before starting teaching, to manage the transparency of the physical environment - eg. checking in with students what they can see. 
Knowing options for screen-view to show things like ppts, have a 'how to' with students at the start 
Having IT savvy and sharing that with students 
Lots of connection and whanaungatanga through breakout rooms
Include journalling time and breakout times frequently
