#2: The Fourth Amendment. I believe that a search and arrest can be sometimes be based off the law enforcement's own suspicions. Not only is it embarrassing to be accused of something it can also be unfair. Senator Robert M La Folllette Sr allowed congress to override a Supreme Court decision. 

Bill Clinton had many investigations during his presidency. In 199, Independent counsel Kenneth Starr called upon Clinton to stand before the grand jury in order to respond to the allegations. Clinton had committed perjury and obstructed justice to the House and Starr voted to impeach him. In 1999 Clinton was acquitted on both counts.

Obama took office and in 2010 his Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was enacted. It was requiring people to obtain health insurance, expanding Medicaid. The Supreme Court couldn't determine an answer for the insurance mandate. It passed and Republicans suggested to limit Congress's spending powers and commerce.
