This podcast was found on Facebook and discusses how stress affects pregnancy. The target audience for this video is women who are pregnant and their close family. This podcast is supported by the evidence-based article (Coussons-Read, 2013). This article can be used to help decrease the effects of stress on an unborn child. Although stress can negatively impact any pregnancy, "Non-white women experience more adverse birth outcomes associated with stress and low social support than white women overall, further suggesting that being a member of a minority group may exacerbate the effects of prenatal stress in pregnancy

(Coussons-Read, 2013).

Facebook.

This meme was found through a Google search. This meme states that fetal alcohol syndrome may result in a slim child and adult. This meme is not evidence-based, evidence shows that FASD is associated with many health defects. this is support by (Vanderpeet et al., 2025). This meme should not be used to improve public health however it can bring attention to the effects of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder. To provide inclusion of those suffering from FASD accommodations to help the individual with their disability must be made.

Vanderpeet, C., Akison, L., Moritz, K., Hayes, N., & Reid, N.

This GIF was found on Padlet using the search bar. It displays a woman bouncing on a yoga ball during pregnancy or labor. Bouncing on a yoga ball is not proven to induce labor, but it can help labor progress, shortening the length of labor (Shen et al., 2021). This information can help pregnant women and healthcare workers provide interventions to help women in labor. Not all women may have equal access to a yoga ball as an intervention for labor. Many hospitals now use these on their obgyn units.

Shen, H.-C., Wang, H., Sun, B., Jiang, L.-Z., & Meng, Q. (2021). The target audience for this video is pregnant women and those seeking information on induction. This information is evidence-based (Elective Induction at 39 Weeks Reduces Need for Cesarean Deliveries, 2018). This information can be used to help pregnant women make informed decisions about their pregnancy and labor. This can also help health care professionals know when certain interventions are safe. Some women may not be offered an induction by their provider. The doctor will decide if or when they believe an induction is safe or necessary.

Elective Induction at 39 Weeks Reduces Need for Cesarean Deliveries. (2018).

This image was found using Google Image Search. It shows a pregnant woman and an ultrasound image. The target audience for this image would be pregnant women. Having an ultrasound during pregnancy is part of routine pregnancy care. This helps check for the number of fetuses, abnormalities, and the health of the mother and baby. According to the Cleveland Clinic your pregnancy care provider uses an ultrasound to tell them important information about your pregnancy. This improves public health by ensuring the development of the baby and health of the mother. The access to ultrasound may not be equal as some women may not have insurance or the ability to receive prenatal care.

Cleveland Clinic.
