         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Cardinal<br>    - have a typical level of “higher level” thinking.<br>- Buzzard<br>     - tend to work with the same kind on skill-focused tasks <br>- Differentiated classroom use flexible grouping, which accommodates students on their strengths and weaknesses.<br>     -helps them with the speed that they have when doing assignments.<br>           -beginning slow and launching ahead <br>           -learning steadily, but in a slower pace.<br>- Either tailor to the needs of the student or have them form their own work group.<br>-Have them wrk consistently with other peers to help build the strengths of all the members of the group.<br><br></div>]]></description>
