You identified several different aspects of your classroom practice that you would like to improve:
- increasing student talking time
- decreasing teacher talking time
- freeing yourself from from the constraints of the textbook
- monitoring students
- different interaction patterns (group work, etc)

You experimented with different ways of addressing these issues and you analysed the results, thinking carefully about what worked and how you could improve the things that didn’t work out the way you expected.

Your peer observation feedback was clearly presented and gave you insight from the perspective of observer and the person being observed. You conveyed to us that this exercise was a very positive experience.

You are a skilled observer of your students and reflection is embedded in your practice.
