The right to education promotes empowerment and individual freedom as education can lift people off poverty so if they are uneducated, they will not be able to work in the future. 
Therefore, the right to education gives students a taste and better understanding of the future and the "real" world. 

 It is also a foundation for students to continue their education in the future as if they don't have a basic knowledge about their subjects they would not be able to progress academically. Having education would give them basic communication skills like counting money , speaking in English and their foreign launguage . This would get them prepared for how to pay for food and talk in English even if it's basic.
