         <description><![CDATA[<div>There was a lot of unfair treatment between African American Women and the white women. Although women gained a lot of different rights during this time it did not mean that people necessarily treated them to the level of which they should have been. Women were still treated a lot differently at work and to this day a lot of women don't get paid as much as men do, for doing the same job.</div>]]></description>
