         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social media addiction can be defined as the overuse of social media and giving much time and effort to it. It is a behavioral addiction. Social media is an important problem because it causes many harmful effects on mental health especially on youth. Social media addiction is associated positively with mental health problems such as stress and anxiety. We really decided to write about this problem to focus on the negative effects of this problem on people. In addition,&nbsp;<br>we want to raise awareness among social media users to avoid bad effects caused by this problem nowadays. There are many causes of social media addiction. Firstly, it serves as a source of escapism. For example, people who are addicted to social media can create a totally different profile and image to fit their liking. Secondly, another reason for it is the feeling of happiness. When a person gets notification, the brain sends a substance to cause the feeling of pleasure. Thirdly the lack of affection is another cause of it. People could find a kind of compensation in it. Finally, social media is a helpful communication tool that can be used wisely.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social media addiction can affect people badly, and there are several possible solutions that may help. Before everything you have to raise your awareness by reading books, watching documentaries and doing research about technology and social media, to know how much it affects our life. First step to face social media addiction is to challenge yourself. For example, putting a timer, using a timer can help you to control the time that is wasted on social media. Also don’t forget to turn off the notifications, or simply delete all apps,that will help you a lot. If you stick to the plan give yourself rewards to encourage yourself and to keep going. Another idea can be used as a solution, find yourself a new hobby. There are a lot of things you can do. You can start doing sports, spend more time with family and friends, go shopping, watch movies, and last but not least you can read useful books that may help. Moreover, another solution, there are some tools and apps that may help you to limit the use of social media and they keep you focused. Here are some of the apps, (The Freedom app), (Forestapp), and (FocusMate). Finally, social media addiction it’s a serious problem we should take care of and find as many solutions as possible.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some people use social media a lot without realizing the negative consequences. As a result, social media addiction has psychological, physical, and social consequences. First, the psychological impact is one of the negative effects on the person. For example, when a person witnesses an addiction to other people's lives, he may feel envy and hatred. As a consequence, if a person does not receive something that the same people want, he will be disappointed. Second, physical influence is another impact on the person. For example, When using social media, people may be sitting in the same place for a long time. This will cause harm and detrimental consequences such as obesity and spine injury. Finally, the social impact is one of the negative effects on humans. For example, People who spend a lot of time on social media will have fewer meetings with friends and relatives, in addition to spending less time in parks and excursions. As a result, people will become lonely. In conclusion, Social media is important and useful for everyone, but a person should use social media fairly and not excessively. Also, you should know the negative effects and avoid them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Someone suffers form it </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In recent times, this has become the most widespread issue in the world, which is social media addiction, however it has a treatment that may be more difficult than diseases that have a cure because addiction to treat it stems from the self itself. A member of my family faced this problem, it was not for a long time that he was affected by it due to excessive use therein, and he became a person not satisfied with his life when the rest of the family members learned about the problem, they solved it immediately, which helped in treatment in faster time. First, delete the application that has been sitting on far a long time on the phone. Second, turn off the phone, lose interest in it, and focus on activities that strengthen the mind. Third, allocating a specific time to sit on the phone, not more than 3 hours per day, and go out with friends. Fourth, discover his talent help get rid of addiction. In the end, it is wrong behavior that teenagers often fall into.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>people think the social media addiction it's not a serious problem that's wrong because it affects our life behavioural and our brain in badly way. We chose to write about this topic to make awareness raising sessions about the damages of social media on the mind and the human being ,and to show there is a lot of solution we can use to solve it. There is no best solution, it differs according to the people. Some solutions were mentioned in the previous paragraphs with their details and how to use the solutions. We will add some solutions, For example, build up centers that deal with the problem of addicts, Social Media, with specialists in this field .we should invite others to learn about the problem and its solutions more, by holding seminars, conferences and publications, to spread awareness among the community.
