Our major principle is being inclusive, catering to as many needs as possible.
Our guidelines are:-
1. We expect all children to have at least 75% attendance. For attendance to count work must be complete.
2. Our reward system works on a tier system where daily milestones are rewarded and they eventually build to  greater prizes. 
3. Where there are rewards there are also consequences.
4.
