         <description><![CDATA[<div>https://www.simplypsychology.org/maslow.html<br><br>This article basically defines the different layers to the needs pyramid (Self-actualization, self-esteem, love or belonging to, safety, and physiological. Maslow discovered that in order for a child to go up the pyramid, the bottom needs must be met first. Not to an exact one hundred percent, but they have to be mostly met.</div>]]></description>
