Ramona's mother owned that shop, being Ramona the shop's cashier. Ismael visited the shop and bought a Coca-Cola every single day for about six months. As an excuse to see her and, of course, to flirt with her. They started dating at the end of 1982. 
      Two years later, in 1984, Ismael got into the army. When he was released, immediately, Ismael proposed to her, but her father was against that relationship. Ismael told his father-in-law: “I am marrying her, not you. The only approval that matters to me, is hers. So I am marrying her, with or without your approval.” His father-in-law, with nothing else to do, stepped aside. Finally, they married in 1985. 
     Nowadays, Ramona and Ismael are known as my parents. Don't you think that my dad's answer to the disapproval of my grandfather was pretty savage? 
ALERT SPOILER. But I am happy my father did that, because thanks to his stubbornness, I was born, and I exist.

Two daughters later, on September 25th, 2001, in San Pedro Sula, my mom gave birth to a third baby girl, ME! Giving me the place of the youngest child, but just for five years. My brother Harry was born six years later. Placing me as the middle child, AKA the one everyone forgets, just kidding.
    An interesting fact about my birth,  I wasn't born at 8 or 9 months of gestation. In 2014, when I was in 7th grade, an American family arrived at my school with a proposal. They were the Gish Family. Their idea was to offer a scholar exchange to outstanding students that had a minimum of four extracurricular classes done.  
          At that moment, I've already had made the extra classes. Therefore, the rest of the year, I worked hard on my grades, and I gave my best. My efforts were awarded. I won the exchange with the other six students. I lived with Gish's, in Pennsylvania, for about five months. That was the first time in my entire life that I felt so proud of myself. I was 14 years old when it happened, it was the first level I upgraded.

My grandparents, from my father’s side, were the only ones with whom I was an extrovert. My grandpa always encouraged me to try new things and to challenge myself. He taught me how to ride a horse and many other things I was scared of; he and my grandma always knew my potential. 
            But when I was in 6th grade, in 2012, my grandma passed away, and one year later, my grandpa died. Their funeral services were a sad and hard moment for me. Their deaths did hurt, stills hurt. When we were in Paris, several things happened to me. One day, we were supposed to go shopping, so we split into couples. I don’t remember what happened, but I lost my partner. Since I didn’t find her, I decided to go back to the hostel. Guess what? I took the wrong train, and I ended up on the opposite side of the city. After trying different train routes, I figured out how to return. 
           Then the next day, while we were watching a street show, someone tried to steal my backpack, but I didn’t let it go, the action made me fall seated. The guy didn’t take my bag, but my phone broke because I had it in the back pocket of my pants. There are way more stories related to that trip. I enjoyed the experience, it was a nice experience.

Sadly, they rejected me. It was my first year out of high school, and I didn’t have any alternative plans, so I started working with my parents as a way of letting time pass.
     I couldn’t hold it anymore; I was desperate. I wanted to do something productive. As a solution, I created a list of many activities that I wished to do. The resolutions of that list for 2019 were: learn French, take dance classes, earn money, be a volunteer, etc.
     Besides that episode of not knowing what to do, that year was amazing. I had a huge development as a person. I took salsa classes in Bailemos; I loved those classes. I started studying in L’Alliance Française. I signed up as a peace volunteer at IUDPAS. I felt how everything was going so well and then happened the unexpected, COVID-19. From seeing my friends face to face every day, I passed to seeing just their usernames in Zoom. 
      I hated 2020 so much, because of the quarantine and the online classes. The first academic period online was a mess. After a while, I got used to it; I started learning new skills.
      Also, it was funny to see some situations that just happen in online classes. I remember that in one of my general classes, one classmate didn’t turn off his microphone, and from what we heard, he was taking a shower. We could hear the water falling in the shower.
