Long serve - 1:08 - Learned to drop birdie from high enough (and falls straight down) and keeping my arm as back as possible for a full swing, releasing the birdie and hitting it at the perfect time for the birdie's aim to be accurate and long.

2. Short serve - 4:26 - Learned that reaching out closer to the net will be much easier and precise because I will need to use lower power, and the closer I am, the lower chance to mess up.

3. I need to point my elbow more towards the net when I get ready to serve, then when I drop the birdie I need to do a short and powerfull push.

2.
https://youtu.be/o7H3NDakz8E 2:03
To improve my backhand receive I need to have my thumb that I hold my racket in (right hand) pointing towards the left with my racket parallel. Then I need to make sure the racket is flat when I hit the birdie. I also need to remember to turn my forearm up a little bit when I hit the birdie.

3.
https://youtu.be/SoRIxfSVQpk 0:26
Shows how to drive, to improve I think I would have to use my feet more when going for the ball, and I would need to lock my wrist more when I hit the birdie.

Long serve- (1:21) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvdIh5E_opU&t=1s
Next time, I will focus on accuracy as most of my shots go too left or right out of the court when I do a long serve.

2. Drive- (1:24) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYFIwJLqWyI
Next time, I will focus on hitting my drives at a sharper and steeper angle, as most of the time my drives make curves.

3. Short serve- (1:54) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaEfnpA9rus
Next time, I will try to make my short serves start from a higher starting position, probably with a backhand element as well because I usually start from a low underhand position, which lets my opponents react quicker.

1.) Perfect my Low Serve

Link: https://youtu.be/H47o5uOV2Rc - 0:46 - 1:10

I will practice perfecting the low serve by improving my body posture; by keeping my upper body leaned forward, my arms a little bit up to form an O, relax my shoulders, and serve at a low point. I will also hold my birdie with my index finger and my thumb and place it in front of me pointing down around my knees.

2.) Smash

Link: https://youtu.be/AGY-gQ_3O8Y - 1:54 - 2:03

I will attempt this wrist and arm position technique to perform a smash. I will push my elbow forward after bringing the racket back and rotate my underarm with full power. I will also be prepared to jump up and move around when performing a smash.

3.) Back Hand Return

Link: https://youtu.be/o7H3NDakz8E - 1:33 - 1:44

This video allowed me to realize the consequences of my mistakes in body position. I tend to stand straight in one area and just move my arms around when I should actually always be prepared to move. I will implement the body posture shown in this video to improve my backhand returns. I will be prepared by putting the racket in front of me and push my back leg forward and bend my knees and my entire body.

Backcourt Technique; High Ball-
2:22- 2:45- I want to work on my leg movement while hitting a high shot and I want to make sure my opponent has to run backward so I must use my power and my shoulders.

Block Shot:
3:38-3:48- The block shot is used to counter a smash. I want to learn how to by being in a ready position in midcourt with my racket head up and in front to be alert. However in this video, the guy demonstrates and shows how the racket should not be swung at all, it is there just to block the shuttle taking all the pace out of the opponent's smash or drive.

Net Shot:
4:30-4:41- I want to ace the net shot by raising my racket to around my shoulder height and have a relaxed grip to so it lands in the front of the court.
