Students will be in colored rows for instructions

Class formation: big groups and partners

Partners will be paired by same or different colored hair, shoes, eyes, shirt color…etc.

Use corrective feedback to decrease unacceptable behavior

Do not call out students publicly 

First offense: student warned quietly that the behavior must stop

Second misbehavior: students go to the time-out spot and stay there until ready to return and behave acceptably

Third misbehavior: Students go to the time-out area for the rest of the period 

Teachers, parents, and principal will be aware of the unacceptable behavior immediately

Certain behaviors where a student should be removed from the class immediately are yelling, and aggression towards students, and/or the teacher doesn’t change behavior after it’s been addressed.
