The book encouraged me to use different leadership skills on the field and at practice. He really persuaded me to pick others up and take that leadership role. With him having the experience of being a sports leader showed that he knew what he was talking about and was easier for me to read. Some of the ways he said things made me more motivated. I would recommend this book to anyone that plays sports especially if you already are a leader on your team but even if you aren’t this book can show you how to be a leader and show you different skills you can use on the field.
