It was a heavier time commitment for advisors this time around compared to prior years. This was a trade off from having us join the actual sessions (which was often beneficial) but also makes it harder to participate given all our other commitments.

Combining the participant + advisor sessions was beneficial so we could see the exact content of what was being shared. (That said, it also meant a bigger time commitment for advisors--not sure how you all could balance that in the future).

It was helpful to allow participants a couple of minutes at the beginning of each breakout to review any homework assignments, so they didn't feel put on the spot if they weren't able to read the materials in advance.

It might be interesting to have advisors share their own professional journeys with the group, beyond just including our bios. That could help to build connection and trust among the group.

I don't know if there's still a self-paced offering, but it was confusing to navigate the different options on the PEAK website so that I could share those with my staff. It would be helpful to list these out in one place.
