This store had a garage and dinner  on the eastern edge of Riverton. Each spring and summer , the " Tornado Alley" is a commun name to call many regions in central of North America to designate apparation of many tornados (Kansas,North of Texas,Colorado,Dakota and Nebraska).

It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2003 and received a National Park Service Route 66 Corridor Preservation Program Cost-Share Grant award in 2005 for repairs to the roof and electrical system upgrades.
