Layla by Eric Clapton

This song has been in my life since I was born. You can probably guess why... because my name is Leilah; even though it is not spelled the same way, my parent always enjoys loudly singing this song in the car. Our last family road trip was this summer; we were driving back from Newport Beach when this song came on. We were in LA traffic, and randomly, we heard this song. The whole time it was on, all you heard was my mom signing the course in her "AMAZING" voice. This song will always remind me of my family and childhood.

This song reminds me of my Jewish family singing this during Christmas. When I was little, my dad would tell me to come to his office in our house, and we would watch this music video non-stop during the holidays. He is a huge Bob Dylan fan, and we would rock out to this.

Summer is the only word that goes with this song. When I listen to it, it makes me remember when I don't have stress, homework, due dates, tests. When I can see my friends, go to the beach, read and be tan. when I am really happy.

All Too Well 10 Minutes (Taylor's version) is a relatively new song, but it still means much to me. This song originally came out in 2012; the song was about 5 minutes. Taylor Swift rerecorded it and made it a 10-minute version. This song reminds me of my mom because when we get into the car and go somewhere closest to our house, we play it and see if we can get there before the song ends. We also love singing it in the car and annoying my dad and brother with how long it is.
