Rafaela: My school have a traditional structure where there are different departments and heads of an area however they don't take decisions as a  team , it's the manager who take decions with the major authorithies, not with all the heads of an area. By saying that we can understand this businnes have a Hierarchical structure.

Paolo: Making decisions in one place and with the leaders present is a very good choice on the part of the companies because they all come to an agreement.
Jhostyn: I think it is inflexible because making safe decisions takes much more of the employees' time, which can cause them to work much longer.

    And the second reason could be that they had poor productivity in the catering division.

    Danna Castaño: In my school, if there are organizational structures, they help us organize a company, in order to meet the proposed goals and achieve the desired objective. In my school they use this type of organization, the owner and the manager are one and the same.
