The people closest to me, that I learn something new from on a day to day basis are my mom and dad. They always are working hard and in the processes of them doing that I also see the work they do and learn new things. Much of it has to do with me being the person I am today, my parents are always kind and love to give back and that’s something I feel i get from them. I also picked up cleaning, cooking, and fashion skills form my mom. My dad is who I get my math skills from and from the both of them I get work ethics.

Self-efficacy

Self-efficacy is the belief in one's capability to do something to achieve an objective. Watching others' success may reinforce that belief. Often, as a salesperson, I see colleagues grow and improve by learning new things. This leads me to feel motivated into desiring the same kind of growth for myself. From this principle, I inspire myself to do personal development, which can be targeted to have at least one percent growth each day. Regardless of all the obstructions, I use my teammates' success as motivation, to improve myself, learn more, and fight for success.

I want to become attorney, and Harvey from suits is a role model from the show I watch. He is a hard working businesses man I aspire to be like he's know for being the most successful lawyer at the law firm, he also got his name on the company firms wall. I would want to do the same or also start my own firm.

Reflecting Back

As I reflect back on the moment of my life I, I put together all the learning styles we have grasped on I see that each one has played some role in my life. Such as having goals. They all play roles and help us to grow and become new and better versions of ourselves the older I get the more value these things have to me. I also feel that our parents play a big role in our upbringing and the way we are now.
