Disadvantages of <strong>sole proprietor </strong>unlimited liability and financing may be difficult. Advantages of <strong>partnership </strong>is more capital and financing, and shared responsibilities. Disadvantages of <strong>partnership </strong>is unlimited liability in general partnerships and partner disagreements. Advantages of <strong>corporation </strong>is limited liability and transfer of ownership is simple. Disadvantages of <strong>corporation </strong>timely and costly startup, and people who own only a few shares don’t have alot  of influence on how the company is run. Advantages of <strong>co-operative </strong>is less expensive goods/services and easily set up. Disadvantages of <strong>co-operative </strong>is decision-making process could be difficult. Advantages of <strong>franchise </strong>brand recognition and shared marketing. Disadvantages of <strong>franchise </strong>is franchise fee and monthly fee.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sole Proprietorships: </strong>Advantages- Starting and administering the business is easier and less expensive.<br>Owner gets all the profit.<br>Disadvantages-Owner is responsible for all the losses. Unlimited liability.<strong><br>Partnerships: </strong>Advantages- The partners have a working relationship. Limited partnership means that a person is responsible for whatever they invested in and nothing else.<br>Disadvantages-Unlimited liability. The partners could have a bad relationship.<strong><br>Corporations: </strong>Advantages-granted legal status with rights, privileges and liabilities. Limited liability. Disadvantages- Ownership is divided. <strong><br>Co-operative:</strong>Advantages- owned by people who use the goods and services. Easy to set up.<br>Disadvantages-members may lose interest<strong><br>Franchises-</strong>Advantages-Established brand.
