at the edge of the wash, a couple feet higher

than the main channel, so when the bore of

brown water came rushing down from the high

country, he had just enough time to gather his

tent and belongings and save them from being

and lied about his age and name. Pg 4 " Just alex is the name

and i am 24" when really that was not his name and he was

much younger than that
