i infer that Deza's mom is really worried about what the future holds for their family. The first clue I found was in the way she was acting. First off she isn't as hopeful as she was before. When she didn't think things could get worse she was more confident that something would change in a good way, like Roscoe might finally find a job. Now that the case got worse it doesn't seem to me that she is as hopeful as before. You can also tell in the way she talks to her children. When she is talking to Jimmie once they get to Marvin's house she was yelling at him for what he did. When she said it she was talking about how Marvin is a criminal. When she was yelling at Jimmie and what she was saying it sounded like she was worrying about Jimmie's future. When Deza's dad left, all the way up to now iv'e pictured her mom with a concerned look on her face.

I infer that he might be alive but because when Holly put the fairy dust on him he didn't seem that much pale. Because before he looked like a vampire. 1.He opened his eyes. 2.
