         <description><![CDATA[<div>What do we do well? &nbsp;<br>*Technology is really very well covered in SHCS. We have the resources that we need currently.&nbsp;<br>*&nbsp;<br><br><br>What do we need to work on?<br>The coverage and needs in the special education teams seem to be very scarce.&nbsp; It doesn't look like they can possibly cover the children that we need covered. &nbsp;<br>Substitute teachers are often low and sometimes administrators and other staff have to "pull it together" and help with this when maybe they don't have the experience or they are leaving their stations.&nbsp; Sometimes we have to split classes and students do not get what they need.&nbsp;<br>Nurses across the corp may not be able to be where they are needed, or they are in another building when they are needed for an emergency.&nbsp; In our building, there is an inequity in the number of kids one principal&nbsp; is supervising many more kids that in other buildings. &nbsp;<br><br>What evidence can we provide?<br>Licensed professionals divided by the number of children who need services. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the most precious resources we have each day is time.  We "waste" a lot of time during the week just in dismissing our students.  I am not sure if this can be worked on and improved, but it is definitely a resource that we might be wasting.</div>]]></description>
