After many years, he finally got accepted into Simpson College, where he studied art and piano. He also found out how to make various inventions with the use of peanuts, ranging from cooking oil, medicine, and even milk! However, she wasn't recognized because she was only fifteen years old. She also wasn't recognized because of "Public Relations" and "Perception Reasons," resulting in her being overshadowed for many years. As a result of her hardships, many African-American people boycotted busses because of their unfairness and segregation. Soon, the bus stopped their unfairness, under which was built under four plaintiffs, one of them being Claudette Colvin. All in all, Claudette Colvin impacted the human rights greatly, and without her, there would be no Rosa Parks, leading up to Marther Luther King Jr not being an inspirational leader. Robert was a slave in Charleston, South Carolina. His job was to work at the Charleston Harbor, where he got promoted multiple times due to his intelligence with the tides at sea. Robert even got the white crewmen to get his trust. Robert wanted to get his family and his close friends to freedom, so they had to come up with a plan. First, they had to watch the routines of their captain and the crewmen to disguise themselves. Next, they mastered the signal of the boat in order to get through the gates. Lastly, they had to find the route they would take in order to get to the North side of America. Once they were through the barriers, a union ship spotted the slaves and saved them. When he was older, he started working with fellow African Americans to create the UNIA. There, he could create a separate group of black citizens and give them an opportunity for new jobs that they could get paid for. He also created the Black Star Line, Inc. which could Trade with Africa and the Caribbean, and he could provide transportation for Black Americans back to Africa. Muhammad was born in Kentucky, and he trained boxing at the age of 12. Once he was 18, he won a gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He then became a Muslim, which had made him refuse to be in the military because of his religious beliefs. Unfortunately, he was found "guilty" of draft evasion and was soon arrested for 5 years and was stripped of his boxing title! He went to the Supreme Court, which lessened his time in prison by one year. Muhammad Ali still hadn't fought for 4 years, which made him lose a period of peak performance. Once released, he was able to meet the Elijah Muhammad. Then, he was able to be on a podcast, and build back his popularity. Sadly, he died on June 3rd, 2016. Emmett was 14 years old, and he lived with his mother and Mamie Till in Chicago. Emmett and his cousin went to go to Mississippi, where there are many important rules to survival. Emmett Till went to Mississippi for one main reason; to meet his grandfather. In Mississippi, though, there are many rules to which almost everybody must follow; especially black people. Once knowing and reciting the rules, they head off to Mississippi. Emmett was typically a fun and joyful person, who likes to make jokes. Him and his cousin Mamie Till went to a store, and once they left, Emmett whistled. He didn't think it would do anything bad, but he soon started to run when the store owner rushed to grab a gun. Once back at home, two white men barge into Emmett's house. One of the men has a pistol, and he orders Emmett to put his clothes on and to come with him. When the two murders went to court, they were found not guilty from an all white jury. This irritated many black people, making them fight for their rights and to keep their children safe.
