I have not show strong collaboration skills, but I could improve upon that by working with more people that I've yet to collaborate with.

I could start to show more leadership by taking lead of groups during projects.

To show more flexibility, I could allow for other people's ideas, that I may not entirely agree with, be used in a project rather than just using my ideas or ideas I agree with.

Although I do posses some, I need to improve upon my initiative by procrastinating less.

I believe my group and I collaborated very well.  One struggle that we faced was assigning who would gather what item.  However, using our communication skills, we were able to gather everything we needed on time.  Techniques we have learned, especially how to give constructive feedback, benefited my group and allowed us to come up with the best possible project.
~Problem Solving & Adaptability
No real problems arose during the planning of my group's Wellness Week project.  The only minor difficulty was having to trust that we would all do our part and remember to get the materials we needed.  By communicating and sending out reminders we were able to overcome that minor difficulty and get all the items we needed.
~Constructive Criticism
I believe that the feedback from our peers was beneficial, although it can be difficult to accept criticism.  Everybody, even if they were critiquing, was very constructive and kind in their response. What we have learned in class has helped me take the constructive feedback and positively learn from it.  Rather that getting offended, I have reflected and learned from what my peers had to say.  
~Overall Reflection
For me, this project was very enjoyable.  My group and I worked well together to come up with a creative project that we had fun working on.  Together, coming up with ideas was one of our strengths.  Although, I feel as though there is still room for improvement in our communication.  Our communication was not bad, but there is always improvement that can be made to help our collaboration skills develop.  This project was very fun and I enjoyed being able to do something creative!]]> 2017-11-28 13:01:32 UTC https://padlet.com/fitzgeraldm20/l87zzn2hb7ln/wish/210855949
