Andrew Thompson at CEC advised insurers have a requirement that all new internal wall linings are non-combustable. CEC's insurers are AIG at present. This has meant tweaks to our Lorne internal wall build up to external walls (However, in relation to non-CEC projects, Andrew pointed out that this requirement could be policy specific and their policy negotiated by a broker, meaning that it does not necessarily mean that all policies through AIG stipulate this requirement)

We have reduced this for other studies, yet finding the recent discussion for Brunstane/Liberton is looking at where 100kWh/m2.a is sitting and this is finding that the nuance of a and b are getting discussed.
