         <description><![CDATA[<div>It’s the leading cause of illness and outbreak. It’s most common in restaurants. Infected food workers are frequently the source if and outbreak by touching ready to eat foods. Ex: raw fruits and veggies touched with someone’s bare hand. Any food that is raw and has been touched with bare hands can get contaminated with Norovirus.  Symptoms you can get when it comes down to this virus is Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach pain, Fever and Etc. <br><br><br><br> </div>]]></description>

It’s a serious infection caused by eating contaminated food- primarily consuming spoiled dairy like milk, yogurt, and cheese. Listeria can hide in deli meats, dairy products, produce, celery, spouts, some fruits, and Hot dogs. Listeria is dangerous because 1,600 people get it each year and about 260 end up dying from it. </div>]]></description>

The toxins are resistant and can’t be destroyed by cooking. Symptoms are vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Severe illness is rare and only last for about a day. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the most common foodborne illnesses in the U.S. it’s found in many environmental sources as well as in the intestines of humans and animals. It grows in conditions with very little or no oxygen. Common foods you can find this bacteria is beef, poultry, gravies, dried, or pre-cooked foods. It usually occurs in places where large quantities of food are prepared at once ex: hospitals, school cafeteria, prisons, and more. You can develop diarrhea or abdominal cramps but it lasts for less than 24 hours. </div>]]></description>
