I am reading TQUK assessment and IQA policy and it says 15 days, maybe i heard wrong

Derek]]> 2017-07-19 12:21:26 UTC https://padlet.com/lindamartin340/l7taz7s3fyaj/wish/179038401 MCQs for Commis https://padlet.com/lindamartin340/l7taz7s3fyaj/wish/179047360 Looking at the MCQs on the hitranet are these a true reflection of the real thing ? as there was only 1 culinary question on set 1, this was about seasonality of asparagus. There was nothing on meat, poultry,fish or veg.There wasn't any about quality points, types of knives used,dietary variations,taste or common food groups. When I look at the assessment plan for commis, its states the MCQ should have these in there and Culinary make up 55% of the marks.
