For ~10 years, I worked in telecom and transportation (AT&T, JB Hunt, ArcBest) doing sales and sales training. In the later years I worked in analysis roles and managed sales teams.

Currently, while finishing my degree, I'm the full-time caretaker for my 5 mo old daughter who was born last Christmas. It's a blast and a privilege to get to be at home with her throughout every week until next year.

I am finishing a degree in Geography. I've always enjoyed Cartography as an interest and hobby so I would love to find a job as a cartographer, but have also entertained the idea of continuing to meet the requirements to teach. I will take it a day at a time and enjoy my family time and take opportunities in the near and distant future. Teaching (and training) has always come naturally to me, so I wouldn't be surprised if I naturally find my way to a full-time role doing that.
